How does the filter subscription work?
When you subscribe, you will receive your first filter within a few days.
Your subscription will automatically renew every three months, and the filter will be sent to you automatically after each
successful renewal. So you will automatically receive a fresh filter every three
months.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal. You can access the customer portal via the link you received by email when you placed your subscription order in the shop.
How can I skip or move a debit?
In the customer portal, you can skip or reschedule a planned debit. Each
planned delivery has a "Skip payment" button that you can use for this. You
can reschedule the debit by clicking the "Reschedule" button next to the
delivery date.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the "Edit" button in the product overview and adjust your subscription – this way you can add, remove, or change products.
What happens when a payment fails?

If a payment fails, the system automatically attempts to retry the charge up to
three times. There is a one-day interval between each attempt.
If all three attempts fail, the subscription will be automatically canceled. If your
subscription cannot be renewed because the payment has failed, you will receive an
email with a link through which you can update your payment method.

What happens when I move?
You can change your delivery address at any time in the customer portal, so that your filters are sent to the
new address.
How do I know when my next filter will be delivered?
You will receive a reminder email before each delivery with the scheduled delivery date. In the
customer portal, you can also view your delivery schedule at any time.
Is there a minimum duration for the subscription?
No, there is no minimum contract duration. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time –
completely flexibly.
Will I receive a notification before the next debit?
Yes, you will be informed by email in time about the next upcoming debit.
Can I also give my subscription as a gift?
Currently, gifting subscriptions is not directly possible through the shop, but you can
change the delivery address and the recipient's name in the customer portal.
