Scope
For all orders placed through our website, the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply. The offer on this website is exclusively directed at consumers residing in Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").
A consumer is defined as a natural person who maintains business relationships with Purestream that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. Orders in non-household quantities may be refused without justification. Purestream reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The version of these terms and conditions applicable at the time of ordering is decisive and cannot be unilaterally changed for this order. Conflicting or deviating conditions from the customer will not be recognized.

Purestream includes information about products and services. Price and assortment changes as well as technical changes are reserved. In particular, they do not constitute a guarantee of properties or warranties unless explicitly stated otherwise. Purestream strives to provide all information and details on this website accurately, completely, current, and clearly; however, Purestream cannot guarantee this either explicitly or implicitly.
All offers on this website are non-binding and are not to be understood as a binding offer. Purestream cannot guarantee that the listed products are available at the time of ordering. Therefore, all information regarding availability and delivery times is without guarantee and may change at any time and without notice.
The sale prices indicated on Purestream are final prices and include, unless otherwise stated, the statutory value-added tax and any other statutory charges such as advance recycling fees (VRG) or copyright fees for electronic devices. The prices are quoted net in Swiss francs (CHF).
Any shipping costs will be charged additionally unless otherwise provided and are to be paid by the customer. Shipping costs will be displayed separately during the ordering process.
Technical changes, errors, and printing mistakes are reserved, in particular, Purestream may make price changes at any time and without prior notice. Consulting and support services are not included in the sale prices.
The products and prices on this website are considered non-binding offers.
By placing an order on this website, including acceptance of these terms and conditions, the customer makes a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. Purestream will then send an automatic order confirmation by email, confirming that the customer's offer has been received by Purestream. Orders placed are binding for the customer. Unless otherwise stated, there is no right of return or withdrawal.
The contract is concluded as soon as Purestream sends an acceptance declaration by email confirming the shipment of the ordered products or services.
Orders will only be delivered after full payment has been received (exception: delivery against invoice) and provided the goods are available. If it turns out that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or are not delivered in full, Purestream is entitled to either not accept or only partially fulfill the order. In such a case, Purestream will inform the customer by email. If the customer's payment has already been received by Purestream, the payment will be refunded to the customer. If no payment has been made yet, the customer will be released from the payment obligation.
The payment options specified during the ordering process are available to customers. Purestream reserves the right to exclude customers from individual payment options without giving reasons or to insist on advance payment. Purestream may charge late fees of 5% per year as well as a reminder fee of up to CHF 20.- per reminder in case of customer payment default.
The products delivered to the customer remain the property of Purestream.
Purchase on invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "Purchase on invoice" as an external payment service provider. With the individual invoice, you can easily settle your online purchase by invoice. If you forgo a payment within the specified time frame, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice the following month with an overview of the order.
Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities. In the context of purchasing on invoice, you also accept our terms and conditions, as well as those of POWERPAY. (powerpay.ch/de/agb).
1. German Purchase on invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY) MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "Purchase on invoice" as an external payment service provider. 2. French Purchase on invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY) MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "Purchase on invoice" as an independent payment service provider. The invoice allows you to simply pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you forgo a payment within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice the following month with an overview of the order. Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and handles the payment modalities. 3. Italian Payment against invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY) MF Group/POWERPAY, as an external service provider, offers the payment method “against invoice”. The order invoice allows you to easily pay for your online purchase against invoice. If you do not make a payment within the given time frame, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order summary. Upon entering into the purchase agreement, POWERPAY assumes the receivable amount and initiates the corresponding payment methods. In the case of purchase by invoice, in addition to our GTC, you accept the GTC of POWERPAY. (powerpay.ch/it/agb).
4. English Purchase by invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY) As an external payment provider, MF Group/POWERPAY offers the payment option ‘Pay by invoice’. You can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice using the order invoice. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order overview. When a purchase agreement is made, POWERPAY takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. By selecting purchase by invoice, you are also agreeing to our GTC, POWERPAY’s GTC. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).
Deliveries will be sent by post or courier service to the address specified by the customer in the order. Purestream strives to maintain as short delivery times as possible. Any delivery times specified in the order confirmation are non-binding. Purestream is entitled to partial deliveries. In this case, the shipping costs will only be charged to the customer once.
The invoice will be sent, if delivery against invoice is offered, at the discretion of Purestream by email or by post.
If delivery is not possible or the customer refuses to accept the delivery, Purestream may terminate the contract after notifying the customer by email and observing a reasonable grace period, as well as charge the costs for the inconveniences.
The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt of the delivery and to report any defects for which Purestream provides a warranty in writing without delay by letter or email to the address in the imprint (>Link).
Returns to Purestream are at the customer's expense and risk. The customer must send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to the return address specified by Purestream in the imprint (>Link).
If, upon inspection by Purestream, it is found that the goods have no identifiable defects or these do not fall under the manufacturer's warranty, Purestream may charge the customer for the costs of return or any disposal.
The customer is granted a right of withdrawal for 30 calendar days after receiving the goods. The deadline is considered met if the customer sends the written withdrawal by email or letter (address according to the imprint, (>Link)) to Purestream within the deadline. The withdrawal does not require justification.
Exercising the right of withdrawal leads to a reversal of the contract. The customer must return the goods unused, in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and together with the delivery note to the return address specified by Purestream in the imprint (>Link) within 30 calendar days. Returns to Purestream are at the customer's expense and risk. Any payment already made will be refunded to the customer within 20 calendar days, provided that Purestream has already received the goods back or the customer can provide proof of shipment.
Purestream reserves the right to demand reasonable compensation for damages, excessive wear, or loss of value due to improper handling and to deduct the depreciation from the already paid purchase price or charge it to the customer.
The right of withdrawal is not granted in the following cases:
Purestream strives to deliver goods of impeccable quality. In the case of timely reported defects, Purestream assumes warranty for the absence of defects and functionality of the item purchased by the customer during the statutory warranty period, which is usually two years from the date of delivery. It is at the discretion of Purestream to fulfill the warranty through free repair, equivalent replacement, or refund of the purchase price. Further warranty rights are excluded.
Normal wear and tear, as well as the consequences of improper handling or damage by the customer or third parties, and defects attributable to external circumstances, are not covered by the warranty. The warranty for consumables and wear parts (e.g., batteries, accumulators, etc.) is also excluded.
Purestream cannot provide assurances or guarantees regarding the timeliness, completeness, and correctness of the data, as well as the continuous or uninterrupted availability of the website, its functionalities, integrated hyperlinks, and other content. In particular, it is neither assured nor guaranteed that the use of the website does not infringe upon the rights of third parties not owned by Purestream.
Purestream excludes any liability, regardless of its legal basis, as well as claims for damages against Purestream and against any auxiliary persons and vicarious agents. Purestream is particularly not liable for indirect damages and consequential damages, lost profits, or other personal, material, and pure economic damages of the customer. A further mandatory statutory liability remains reserved, for example, for gross negligence or unlawful intent.
Purestream uses hyperlinks solely for the customer's simplified access to other web offerings. Purestream cannot know the content of these web offerings in detail, nor can it assume liability or any other responsibility for the content of these websites.
Purestream may process and use the data collected in the context of the conclusion of the contract to fulfill the obligations arising from the purchase contract and may also use it for marketing purposes. The data necessary for performance may also be passed on to commissioned service partners (logistics partners) or other third parties.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions prove to be ineffective or unenforceable or become ineffective or unenforceable, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Purestream expressly reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and to put them into effect without prior notice.
In the event of disputes, only substantive Swiss law shall apply, excluding conflict of law provisions. The UN Sales Convention (CISG, Vienna Sales Law) is explicitly excluded.
