Eligible to participate are all natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Switzerland who have received our customer survey by email, filled it out in the "Typeform" tool, and successfully submitted it.
Each completed survey during the promotional period automatically participates in the raffle. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple completed surveys from the same person will not be considered multiple times in the draw.
The raffle will take place once immediately after the survey is completed, randomly. It will run until statistically significant results are achieved, but no later than April 30, 2026.
3. Prize
A total of two vouchers will be raffled among all participants, awarded to two different winners. Each winner will receive a shopping voucher worth CHF 80 including free shipping for our online shop www.purestream.ch. The voucher is applicable to the entire product range. Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize to third parties is excluded.
The winner will be notified by email at the email address provided during the survey. The winner must confirm their prize by replying to the email within 7 days of the notification being sent. If no confirmation is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
In the context of the raffle, only the name and email address of the winner will be used for the execution and processing of the competition. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). Further information on the handling of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to change, adjust, or terminate the raffle at any time for important reasons, particularly in the event of technical or legal issues that make proper execution impossible.
Legal recourse is excluded.
